The hotel provided convenient access to restaurants (I especially liked the Trattoria!). The gym had free sauna facilities. I used the gym's shower facilities after my late check-out as I had a late flight. The staff was very cute and helpful.
The rooftop swimming pool was small.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness. They addressed requests effectively. Room service was provided daily. The Club Lounge staff, especially Joy, were attentive and created custom cocktails in the evenings.

the staff was very helpful always smiling and saying hello whenever i walked by the facilities at the hotel were super clean and always kept maintained the location beats marina and palm traffic i had easy access to both and szr. i used the metro this time it was super easy. it was a seven minute walk away.
the hotel design was not good it felt very cramped the breakfast area was also cramped with limited seating outdoors the rooftop swimming pool was quite small in size.

breakfast had excellent choices there were fresh croissants available i ordered eggs benedict included in the price quality butter was available along with various vegetables there was also indian food offered.

the hotel offers an infinity pool the pool area is clean and well maintained i noticed that the gym included treadmills and stationary bikes the hotel provides easy metro access with a short walk.

the room included both a shower and a separate bathtub the room had christmas decorations present in december there were amenities provided i noticed a king bed and a minibar was available.

the breakfast selection was extensive. the pool area offered ample towels. bars featured varied entertainment. asish helped change my room and offered great support during check-in. harman remembered our breakfast preferences after the first day. he knew exactly how we wanted our eggs cooked.

The staff were friendly! they welcomed us with a little cake, as we celebrated our honeymoon. the view from the room was amazing. we tried both the indian restaurant and the rooftop bar. Both were good.
The pool was getting renovated. I was bummed about that.
